As a means of supporting the learning experience, a wide range of online services are available. A strong technical team, provides 24/7 support for lecturers and students. All traditional, face to face support services are now provided online and include advising, counselling, library services and workshops for the all-round development of students, as they navigate the new, online, higher education learning experience.

Sensitive to the challenges of the pandemic, key among them being finance, the institution has made good effort to design payment plans to facilitate access and address the burden of students and parents. Officers are ready to discuss financing options and payment plans based on need.
