The BDM is designed around the following six (6) key habits/intentions:

- Scientific enquiry and critical thinking
- Social Impact
- Technology innovations
- Effective communication
- Effective leadership
These habits/intentions represent key values and skills required for a successful career in business; where knowledge of core business issues are well balanced against innovation, leadership and social responsibility.
In addition, students enrolled in our BDM programme have the option to major in of the following:
- Business Psychology
- Finance
- Marketing
- Human Resource Management
